Questionnaires

Depending on age and presenting concerns, questionnaires are sent to parents or caregivers and, where relevant, teachers (or equivalent). A clinician interview with the client may also be included. Questionnaires may include the BASC-3, Conners-3, Vineland-II, Spence Anxiety Scale, SCARED or CBCL/ASEBA.

About the assessment

A behavioural assessment aims to better understand the reasons for current difficulties. Assessments are conducted by a Clinical Psychologist, who is qualified to confer a diagnosis and will do so where the findings support it.

Before the assessment

Copies of any previous reports or assessments are very helpful.

Payment

Cost: $1,500, including testing, the report and the feedback session. Payment is required before testing, by cash, cheque or direct debit. Payment details are provided when your appointment is booked. The report is released once payment is complete.
